Served from CT. Soldier was a Private. Soldier was b. 8-27-1758 CT and d. 12-26-1844  Rutland Co., VT. His 1st wife was Esther Colburn, his 2nd wife was Salome Dye.

Served from NC. Soldier was a Private. Soldier was b. 3-22-1754 Liberty Co., SC and d. 11-15-1840 Lee Co., IA. Soldier applied from Lawrence Co., KY in 1834. Soldiers child was Anna (Perkins) Graves.

Private. Capt. James Allen's Co., Col. Simeon Cary's Regiment. Pay abstracted for mileage for 251 miles allowed. Aug. 9th, 1776. Camped near New York.

George Perkins
Selectmen of town of Oakham, MA procured men to serve in the Continental Army for 3 year term. Men accepted by Muster Master & Supt. . Return June 5th, 1781. Received bounty and marched. He was originally a British Soldier who had served in the 33rd Regiment under General Burgoyne and was taken prisoner at Saratoga Oct., 1777. He either escaped or obtained a pass to leave the barracks. He settled at Oakham, MA
