    | Eliphaz Perkins b. ca. 1776. His wife m. 1804 Gustavus, Ohio;  
    ZILPAH (PELTON). They were listed on the 
    1830 Census in Trumbull Co., OH. He is listed on the census as "ELIPHAS 
    PERKINS". *Possible brother of Roger 
    Perkins , both were members of the Methodist Episcopal Church at 
    Gustavus, Trumbull Co., Ohio (1809). In 1850 they resided at Greene, 
    Trumbull Co., OH.  *More research needed*

    He came from Pennsylvania and settled first at Lexington, KY when 2 years of 
    age. He removed in 1800 to Chillicothe, Ross Co., OH. He later removed to 
    Noble township, 
    Defiance Co., OH. In 1816\1818  settled 
    at Brunersburgh. In 1833 he removed to 
    Jefferson\(La Fayette)\ Pulaski, 
    Williams Co., OH where he died. He built the first grist mill in Williams 
    County Ohio. They are listed on the 1830 Census at 
    Jefferson, Williams Co., OH. His known
