He left MA in 1774 and removed to Lebanon, N. H. In 1802 he left N. H. and
returned to MA where he preached in the towns of Marshfield, MA and then in
the town of Hanover, MA until 1806. He then preached in the northern parts
of New Hampshire, Vermont and Lower Canada. He may have been the
Barnabus Perkins listed on the 1790 at Norwich, Windsor Co., VT. He was
listed on the 1800 Census at Enfield, Grafton Co., NH. In the spring of 1818 the house of his
son, with whom his family resided with, was consumed by fire. No lives were
lost. In 1820 they were listed at Danville,
Caledonia Co., VT.
