JAMES PERKINS
James Perkins b.1816 England. He and his wife MARY (JENKINS) were listed on the1850 and 1860 WI Census at Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI. They came from Calstock, Cornwall, England in 1846 and first settled in New York. In 1848 they removed to Mineral Point, WI and settled at Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI in 1849.

Their known children were:

Joseph Perkins b.1817 Cornwall, England d.1900 WI. He and his wife GRACE (SINCOX) b.1818 N.Y. d.1895 WI  came from Cornwall, England and were listed on the 1850 WI Census at Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI. They moved to Dodgeville, WI in 1845.

WILLIAM H. PERKINS
William Henry Perkins b.11.11.1814 Camborne, Cornwall, England d. 5.20.1870 Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI.  He and his wife MARY JANE (RULE) b. 12.23.1816 Camborne, Cornwall, England d. 9.17.1864 Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI. They were married on 9.3.1835 at Camborne, Cornwall, England and emigrated to the United States. They were listed on the 1850 and 1860 WI Census at Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI. In 1870 he is listed in the household of his daughter Elizabeth (Perkins), wife of Edward Williams.

Their known children were:

JANE PERKINS
Jane Perkins b.1810 N.Y. was listed on the 1850 WI Census at Watertown, Jefferson Co., WI. No husband is listed. She may have been the "Jane" Perkins listed on the 1860 Census at Calamus, Dodge Co., WI with her husband Oliver Perkins.

Her known children were listed as:

1. H. Perkins b.1841 N.Y.   [male]
2. M. Perkins b.1844 N.Y.   [female]

JOSIAH S. PERKINS
Josiah S. Perkins b. 1810 NY or Medina Co., OH d.1855 WI. (Probable Son of (Josiah Perkins). He removed from Medina, Medina Co., OH in 1848 to Watertown, Jefferson Co., WI. His 1st wife; ELIZABETH (CONKLIN). He and his 2nd wife; MARY (BROWN) were listed on the 1850 WI Census at Farmington, Jefferson Co., WI. The Biographical sketch of him stated that he served in the war of 1812. It is more than likely his father served in this War.

Known Children w/ 1st wife were:

1. Marion Perkins b. ? Median, Medina Co., OH d/y        *Drowned as an child
2. Avery Perkins b.1842 Medina, Medina Co., OH          
*Died in the Civil War
3. Sanford Riley Perkins, DDS b.1845 Medina, Medina Co., OH

William Perkins b.ca.1800 Cornwall, England. His wife MARIA (Unknown) b.1806 Cornwall, England d.1888 Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI. They removed from Cornwall, England to WI in 1862. In 1880 she was living with her daughter Anna (Perkins) Kingsman at Dodgeville, Iowa Co., WI.

Their known children were:
