He is not listed on the 1850 Census at Penn, Westmoreland Co, PA. In
1860 his wife/widow is listed on the 1860 Census at Penn, Westmoreland
Co., PA right in between the Loughner family on the census, her surname
is listed as "Loughner" with no husband and her two Perkins children.
