Census at Spring Garden, Philadelphia Co., Philadelphia, PA. They later

Son of (James & Hannah (Unknown)
Perkins). His wife UNKNOWN (UNKNOWN). They were listed on the 1840 Census at Southwark ward, Philadelphia Co., Philadelphia, PA. He was buried at the
Ronaldson's Cemetery, Philadelphia, PA and probably re-interred in the
Forest Hill Memorial Park -(aka - Somerton Hill Cemetery) - Montgomery
Co., PA in the late 1940's/1950's.

IA. His 1st. wife SARAH (DUBOIS).,
2nd wife CAROLINE (Unknown). Unable
to locate them on any 1830 Census. They were listed
on the 1840 Census at Wayne, Erie Co., PA. They were married on
3-14-1828 at Throopsville, Cayuga Co., NY. By 1850 they removed to
Evans, Erie Co., NY and than removed from there and settled in Johnson Co., IA. Their
known children were:

Rachel Perkins b. ? d. 1843 PA. &
her sister Mary Perkins. They were listed on the 1840 Census at
Liberties Ward, Philadelphia Co., PA. In the Last Will & Testament of
Rachel Perkins, she leaves her sister Mary Perkins all of her property.
The property consisted of One acre more or less with a Dwelling house
and other improvements that was situated in Mercer Co., New Jersey
(formerly Burlington Co., NJ) on or near a place called Groveville, NJ
between Gossip, NJ and Bordentown, NJ. She appointed her "nephew" Peter
Stout of New Jersey her executor of her Will.
