His 1st wife; ADALINE (GROUT) b.1803 d.1840 Johnson, VT, his 2nd wife HOPEY "Nessie" "Betsy" (MORGAN). b.1806 d.1865 Johnson, VT. They were listed on the 1820-1860 Census at Johnson, Lamoille Co., VT. In 1870, he is listed at Coral, McHenry Co., IL with his son Edward E. Perkins and family.

JOSEPH PERKINS (Joseph Paquin)
Joseph Perkins b.1805 at Three Rivers, Canada was born as Joseph Paquin d.1898 Centerville, R.I.  When he arrived in the US at age 16, an official at Highgate, Franklin Co., VT recorded his name as Joseph Perkins. His wife Unknown (Unknown). He 1st settled at St. Albans, VT and then removed to Pascoag, R.I. for several years before returning to Vermont. He removed from Vermont and eventually settled at Centerville. R. I. where he died.

His known child was:
