PHILO PERKINS
Philo Perkins b.1766 ? d.1836 Shelburne, NY. His wife CHLOE (COOK). They were listed on the 1790-1810 VT Census at Charlotte, Chittenden Co., VT. 1820 at Shelburne, Caledonia Co., NY and in 1830-1840 at Shelburne, Chittenden Co., NY.

Their known children were:

1. Altha "Mary" Perkins b.1793 VT m. _________ Harthhorn
2. Philo Perkins Jr. b.1796 VT d.1847 VT m. Asena (Payne)  *No Children* *She later moved to Collins, Ohio
3. Elizabeth "Betsey" Perkins b.1797 VT m. William Sutton  {Moved to St. Lawrence Co., NY}
4. George Perkins b.1798 VT
5. Joel Perkins b.1803 VT m. Abia M. (Payne)   {Moved to Franklin Co., NY}
6. Almira Perkins b.1803 VT (*Twin) d.1873 VT m. Simeon Webster Payne
7. Chloe Perkins b.1804 VT
8. Marilla Perkins b.1806 VT m. James F. Wells

JOEL PERKINS
Joel Perkins b.1803 VT d.1878 NY. Son of (Philo & Chloe (Cook) Perkins). His wife ABIA M. PAYNE\PAYSON b.1804 VT d.1884 NY. They were listed on the 1830 Census at Shelburne, Chittenden Co., VT and in 1840 at Constable, Franklin Co., NY Census. Both are buried in the Irish Street Cemetery, Constable, Franklin Co., NY.

Their known children were:

1. Daniel Ellis Perkins b.1829 VT m. Sylvia Boyce               {Moved to Roseburgh, Douglass Co., Oregon}
2. Hannah Maria Perkins b.1831 VT m. Horace Bennett Perkins           
*Removed to East Constable, N.Y.
