Thomas Samson's 3rd Co., Col. Theophilus Cotton's 1st Plymouth Co. Regiment of MA Militia. List of officers. Oct. 28th, 1778 Commissioned.

Reed's Co., Col. Alden's Regiment. He was killed on Sept. 15th, 1777. Feb. 1766 m. Mary Ford of Pembroke. Widow married 2nd Capt. John Crawford. Born in Bridgewater, MA, son of David & Alice (Leach) Perkins

Zophar Perkins
Soldier served from NY. Soldier was b.1745 and d. 1833 NY. Soldiers son, Enoch Perkins applied from Cayuga Co.,NY age 70. Soldier lived at Ulster Co., NY. A Valentine Perkins of Seneca, Ontario Co., NY was witness to application and said Soldiers father lived near his father in Ulster Co., NY during the Rev. War.
