over age 21 and Elizabeth Harriet Perkins is over 18 years of age, that they
are not nearer related than first cousins. In 1876, the court at Branch
Co., MI appointed Henry & Harriet E. Perkins as guardian of Charles Henry
Snyder of Webster, Wood Co., OH whose father was Leonard Synder (deceased).
