    of land in the East half of the North East quarter and the North West 
    quarter of the North East quarter of section seven in township thirty of 
    range seventeen. He  was listed
    on the 1860 WI Census at Delafield, Waukesha Co., WI in the household of Walter Kerr. 
    Later that year he married  ANNIE ELIZABETH (BIAS). 
    They were listed on the 1870 Census at Summit, Waukesha Co., WI  and on 
    the 1880 Census at Parfreyville, Waupaca Co., WI.
