They were listed on the 1840 Census at Palermo, Oswego Co., NY. He is listed as purchasing land in Oswego Co., NY in 1837. He died in 1884 at Mexico Point, Oswego Co., NY

William H. Perkins b. ca.1805 VT (His father b. CT and his mother b. NY) d.1888 Ogdensburg, Saint Lawrence Co., NY. His wife MARY "Polly" C. (WESTGATE) b.1808 NH d.1872 NY, dau. of Benjamin & Mary "Polly" (Chapman) Westgate. They were married at Ticonderoga, Essex Co., NY in 1826. In 1826 he was of Shoreham, Addison Co., VT and she of Ticonderoga, Essex Co., NY. His 2nd wife; FANNIE M. (UNKNOWN) b.1824 NY.  They were listed on the 1840 Census at Edwards, Saint Lawrence Co., NY and in 1850 & 1860 at Lisbon, Saint Lawrence Co., NY. In 1870 at Courtlandtown, Westchester Co., NY I find a "Polly Perkins age. 63 with Sarah Perkins age 23 and Eli Perkins age 22. In 1880 I find William H. Perkins with his 2nd wife living at Ogdensburg, NY.
