Joseph Perkins b.1794 MA d.1868 Columbus, Warren Co., PA. Son of (Sprague &
Elizabeth "Betsey" (Hitchcock) Perkins). His wife is
LUSETTA (FOOTE). It is probably he who is listed at Columbus,
Warren Co., PA on the 1830 Census next to his brother
Sprague Perkins who later resided
in Michigan. He continued to be listed at Columbus, Warren Co., PA in 1840 &
1850. His Known Children
were: 1. Horace Thomas Perkins b.1823 NY
