(Dr.) Thomas M. Perkins b.4.17.1787 VA. d.1841 OH. He came to Xenia, Greene Co., OH in 1800/1806. He was a soldier of the War of 1812. His wife is ELIZABETH (Unknown). He is buried at Xenia, Greene Co., OH. Buried in Woodland Cemetery - Xenia, Greene Co., Ohio

THOMAS M. PERKINS
Thomas M. Perkins b. 1813/1814 Xenia, Greene Co., Ohio d.1860 Nebraska City, Otoe County,  Nebraska. *Probably* Son of (Thomas M. & Elizabeth (Unknown) Perkins). His wife MARY J. (PARKINSON). They were listed on the 1850 Census at Xenia, Greene Co., Ohio. They removed from Xenia, Greene Co., Ohio to Eldora, Harding Co., IA and also at Oskaloosa, in Mahaska Co., Iowa and Mt. Pleasant, Henry Co., Iowa. After a short time in California mining, in 1856 they eventually settled at Nebraska City, NE where they died at Nebraska City, Otoe Co., NE. He at age 46 and she age forty-nine a year later.

Elisha Perkins b. 1772 Topsfield, MA d.1823 Ohio. Son of (Joseph & Anna (Batchelder) Perkins) [Jacob, Elisha, Thomas, John, Sr. of Ipswich]. His wife is NANCY (TUCKER). He came from Topsfield, MA to Unity, N.H. He was an early settler of the "Plains", Canaan, Madison Co., OH. In 1815 he removed to Derby Creek, Madison Co., OH. He lived for a time at North Charlestown, VT (CT?) where his father owned a gristmill.

JAMES PERKINS
James Perkins b.7.24.1806 N.H. d.4.19.1867 Madison Co., OH. Son of (Elisha & Nancy (Tucker) Perkins). His wife JANE W. (MILLS) b.ca.1815 OH. They were known to have lived near Marietta, Belmont Co., OH in 1833 where their son Hiram M. Perkins was born. They later removed to Darby Creek, Madison Co., Ohio. In 1870 Jane Perkins is living with her daughter Sarah and her husband Clinton Howard at Goshen, Champaign, Co., OH. She, with her daughter and son-in-law then removed to Pana, Christian Co., IL where she died.

Their known children were:

2. Hiram Mills Perkins b.1833 Belmont Co., OH m. Caroline Barkdull
