WILLIAM PERKINS
William Perkins b. 1750-1760. His wife MARY (RUTER\RUTTER\RITTER) b.1780-1790. They were married in 1826 in Tuscarawas Co., OH. They are listed on the 1830 Census at One Leg Creek/Conotton, Tuscarawas Co., OH. In 1833 the town they resided in became a town in Carroll Co., OH. They are listed on the 1840 Census at Orange, Carroll Co., OH.

ELY PERKINS
Ely Perkins b. ? CT. His wife MARY ANN (HUNT). They were married at Perkins township, Huron Co., OH in 1834. In 1838 this part of Huron Co., OH was taken off to form Erie Co., Ohio.

DANIEL PERKINS
Daniel Perkins b.ca.1791 CT. His wife MARY "Polly" (GILBERT). *He may have m.2nd.9.30.1833 Milan, Huron Co., OH; MERCY (KEELER) b.5.3.1813 Near Norwalk, Fairfield Co., CT, a dau. of John R. & Betsey (Unknown) Keeler). They were known to have lived in Huron Co., OH as early as 1826. I find a 1826 land deed recorded at Trumbull CO., OH that states that a Daniel Perkins of Milan, Huron Co., OH purchased land at Bollestown (Southington), Trumbull Co., OH. I did not find them on the 1830 OH Census in Huron Co., nor Trumbull Co., OH. In 1833 he may have been the Daniel Perkins who moved from Huron Co., OH to Attica, Fountain Co., IN and died there in Aug. 1840. After the death of Daniel Perkins, Mercy (Keeler) Perkins m. 2nd.1841; Joshua Dunkin b. PA d.1848 IN. I find several deeds recorded in Huron Co., OH between Daniel & Mercy (Keeler) Perkins and other Keeler family members.

Their known child w/Mary was:

1. David Perkins b.1823-1834 OH d.1893 IN (Minister of the Gospel in Warrick, Co., IN) m. Elizabeth A. (Boyer)

NOTE: Daniel Perkins may of had a sister named Anna Perkins who m. John Keeler Jr., a brother of Mercy Keeler
