Perkins, which it was known had landed a cargo of slaves, had been sunk in the harbor in Havana, Cuba , in consequence of the US Consulate detaining her papers. __________________ Milwaukee Daily Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Monday, Feb. 26th, 1858. Stevens Point: We learn that fire occurred at Stevens Point, yesterday the 24th. It broke out in Royce's new store and burnt out the following persons. C.Y. Royce, C.B. Curtis, Jas. Brawley liquor store, Lyman meat market, N.P. Clement, Stiles & Tracy, J.A. Wright Jeweler, Julius Giesler Grocer, Martin Perkins residence. We have no further particulars. ___________________
Milwaukee Daily Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Monday, September 27, 1875. Milwaukee Daily Journal, (Milwaukee, WI) Friday, August 22, 1884. The last Will of Dr. D. W. Perkins, who died on Monday last week, was probated today. The document was signed July 29th last, and provides that after funeral expenses are paid, that Mrs. Mary Perkins, wife of the deceased, shall receive $2,000 dollars of the property remaining and $2,000 from a life insurance policy and $1,000 from an estate and his daughter Fanny Perkins received $1,000. The remainder of the estate will be divided equally between his wife and five children after all claims against the estate are paid. James Perkins a son of the deceased, is made sole executor without bonds, to whom is given the estate to hold in trust until a settlement is effective. _____________________

Funeral May 15th. ____________________ The Milwaukee Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Thursday, August 31, 1893. Aug. 30th: Oshkosh: Mr. John L. Perkins died of heart failure at the age of 72 years. ______________________ The Milwaukee Journal, (Milwaukee, WI) Monday, September 18, 1893. Mr. George W. Perkins of the firm Gill & Perkins, died last night at the Wisconsin General Hospital, aged 28. The remains will be taken to Burlington, WI for burial. ____________________

Perkins, who died last week, had attained distinction as a designer in stained in cathedral glass. She was the daughter of N. O. Perkins, formerly an editorial writer of the Milwaukee Press. _____________________ The Milwaukee Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Monday, August 26, 1895. Dodgeville: Aug. 25th: Mrs. Joseph Perkins died suddenly here this afternoon from heart disease, aged 77 years. She had lived here forty-seven years and leaves a husband, five children, thirty-five grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren. _____________________ The Milwaukee Journal, (Milwaukee, WI) Friday, November 06, 1896. Mrs. Mary Perkins, wife of Julius A. Perkins, died this morning, aged 63 years. She is survived by her husband and three grown children, Mrs. William Dawson of this city, Mrs. Frank B. Roe of Pique, OH and Mr. Edward Perkins of Indianapolis, Ind. _____________________

The Milwaukee Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Thursday, January 28, 1897. Waukesha: Jan. 27th: Mrs. Hannah E. Perkins, widow of the late A. E. Perkins, died at her home in the village of Mukwonago, aged nearly 79 years. Her husband died three years ago leaving a large property, the real estate aggregating 1,000 acres. Mr. and Mrs. Perkins were married in New York, in 1845 and removed to Wisconsin and settled in the village of Mukwonago about a year later. They leave two grown children Charles E. Perkins and Mrs. Grace (Perkins) Utter, both of whom live in the vicinity of the family homestead. The funeral of Mrs. Perkins will be held on Friday morning at 10 o'clock. ******************** The Milwaukee Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Thursday, January 28, 1897. Mukwonago: Jan. 27th: Mrs. H. E. Perkins died this morning. Mrs. Perkins came from New York state, and has lived in this town fifty years. She leaves one daughter Mrs. (Grace) Fremont Utter, and one son Mr. C. A. Perkins. ___________________
The Milwaukee Journal, (Milwaukee, WI) Wednesday, June 16, 1897. The Milwaukee Sentinel, (Milwaukee, WI) Sunday, February 13, 1898. Arcadia: Feb. 12th: Judge C. E. Perkins died this morning of old age. He was the first settler in Tempealeau county, and for ten years was county judge. His body was taken to Galesville for burial, he was 76 years of age. ______________________

Kenosha: April 27th: Mrs. Lucy Perkins died suddenly this morning at the home of her son, Graves Crosby, at Pheasant Prairie, she was 81 years old and came to Kenosha in the early forties. ____________________
