Miss Amelia Perkins of Blackwater, NY, married on August 8th, 1888, Mr. Thomas Rowley of Blackwater, NY by Rev. W. F. Tooke in Blackwater, NY.

1889: June 22nd - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mr. Emory Perkins, who has been visiting relatives in Wisconsin and Iowa, returned home last week.

1890: April 19th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Miss Louisa Perkins, died. Daughter of Rev. Edgar Perkins. She was 24 years of age.

1890: Aug. 30th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Born to Mr. & Mrs. Josiah Dexter Perkins in this city, a son on Aug. 16th.

1890: Oct. 11th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Worthville , Oct. 10th. Monday evening was very plesantly passed at the residence of Mr. & Mrs. Emery Perkins, the occasion being their 40th Wedding Anniversary.

1892: Jan. 30th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mr. Allen Perkins of Greig, NY, has been granted a pension of $10 per month from Dec. 12th, 1890.

1897: Sept. 25th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mrs. Emory Perkins who resides just outside the village of Worthville, NY, was found dead in her hen house Wednesday. Her husband left for his work in the morning and upon his return at noon, his wife was not to be found in the house. He went to the neighbors in search of her, but did not find her, returning to his home, and searching the premises, discovered the door of the hen house ajar, and going in found his wife laying on the floor. She was aged 70 years.

1899: Jan. 7th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mrs. Eliza Perkins, 70, wife of Rev. Edgar Perkins formerly of this place, died at North Wolcott. Mr. Perkins survives her.

1900: Feb. 24th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mr. Eli Perkins, humorist, who lectured here on March 17th, has been married three times and by each wife has had three daughters.

1901: March 2nd - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mrs. Malinda E. Emerson left an estate of $65,000, and her will has just been filed with the surrogate for probate. She bequeaths her furniture, horses, etc.. and $5,000 to her brother, William E. Perkins of Lake City, MI. To her brother George W. Perkins, to the children of her husband's brother, Joseph Emerson, and to her husband's sister, Mary D. Gaylord, she leaves $10,000 each.

1901: April 22nd - Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, NY.

Edward A. Perkins died last night about 10 at the City hospital where he had been since last Tuesday. Mr. Perkins who was about x5 ? years of age, was an old resident of Watertown and was formerly a well known and respected citizen, having been superintendent of the city water works system when it was installed and for some years afterward. He contracted unfortunate habits, and last Monday night , while he was intoxicated, he attempted to juggle with three lighted lamps and in doing so, set his house on fire. He was arrested, and on Tuesday morning he was taken to the City hospital, where his condition continued to grow worse, until his death last night. He is survived only by his wife, and one son, who is in California. The funeral will be held from the late residence of the deceased, 91 Brunson street, on Wednesday afternoon, and will be private.

1901: May 16th - Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, NY.

Turin, NY: May 15th: Edwin Perkins dies at the home of his daughter, Mrs. R. H. Robetta, Sunday at 5:30 pm. after a painful illness of nine weeks duration of a complication of diseases. His age was 74 years. He was a native of Mass. and came to Lewis County with his parents when a small child. At the time of his marriage to Miss Melissa Noulton, he purchased a place between Greig and Lyons Falls, where he lived until she died, about eight years ago. Since then he has resided with his children. He was a carpenter by trade and was an industrious, honorable Christian man, highly regarded by all who knew him. His funeral was held this afternoon from the Greig M. E. Church, of which he had for many years been a faithful and devoted member. Rev. J. H. Strong officiating and the interment was in the Greig cemetery.

Mrs. George Greaves and son, Eugene, have moved to Copenhagen, NY where they will resided with her sister, Miss Millie Perkins.

1906: Aug. 11th - Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mrs. Amelia Perkins, 83, widow of Edward Perkins, has been received from Oakland, Calf. She is survived by one son, Eugene Perkins with whom she has of late made her home, and an adopted daughter, Mrs. George Wood of this city.

Mrs. Catherine Perkins aged 50 years, 6 months, 25 days, died on May 5th. 1907.

Mr. Benjamin Perkins of Leraysville, NY, died aged 85 years, 20 days.

Mr. Lucius H. Perkins of Lawrence, KS, secretary of the state board and bar examiners and former president of the Kansas bar association, who died as a result of a fall from the roof of his home Sunday night, carried more then a  half of million dollars worth of life insurance.

1908: June 28th - Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, NY.

Ogdensburg, NY: Miss Blanche Perkins, a popular member of the telephone exchange staff, died Friday night after a brief illness at the age of 22 years. Her father, William Perkins, died only three weeks ago. Her mother and several brothers and sisters survive. The funeral was held this morning at St. Mary's Cathedral.

1911: April 22nd- Watertown Herald - Watertown, NY.

Mr. Thomas Perkins, 59, died. Mr. Perkins was born in London, England, coming to this country 20 years ago. He was the son of Draycott and Elizabeth Perkins. Besides his brother James Perkins of London, England, there survives two sons, Thomas Perkins and William Perkins of Rochester, NY. Funeral services were held at Watertown, NY and burial at Brookside Cemetery.

Mr. Francis L. Perkins of Potsdam, NY and Miss Ruth Hungerford of Evan Mills, NY, were United in Marriage Aug. 31st. by Rev. S. D. Butler.

1913: Aug. 17th - Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, NY.

Sinclair Corners, Aug. 26th: Mrs. Esar or Ezar Perkins died suddenly from hearth trouble here, Aug. 17th.

1913: Nov. 24th - Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, NY.

Carthage, NY: Thomas Perkins died at his home in Wilna?, yesterday morning at 7:30, aged 60 or 69 ? years, eight months and two days. The survivors are his widow, two sons, William Perkins of Wilna? and Albert Perkins of Ohio; three daughters, Lena Perkins and Elizabeth Perkins of Wilna? and Iva Perkins of Black River, and one brother, John Perkins of Carthage. The funeral will be held from the residence Tuesday afternoon at 1 and interment will be made at Sand Hill cemetery.

Mr. Thomas Perkins of Wilna, NY, died. He was aged 69 years, 8 months, 2 days.

1914: March 10th - Watertown Daily Times - Watertown, NY.

Potsdam, NY: March 10th: News has been received here of the death of Leonard B. Perkins, a former resident of this place. Mr. Perkins died at his home in Springfield, Mo, on Saturday, Feb. 28th. He was born in Parishville, March 12th, 1840, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus G. Perkins. Mr. Perkins was a veteran of the Civil War and was one of the first to enlist in this village in the spring of 1861. He was a member of Company B. of the 16th regiment, N. Y. He married in Potsdam, NY in 1863, Miss Emeline L. Dewey. He was afterward in the service of the government at Washington and Alexandria. He removed to Baltimore and later located in Springfield, Missouri. He is survived by his widow and one son, J. A. Perkins of that city and by a brother, Judge F. A. Perkins and a sister, Mrs. M. A. Grenoon?, both of Woodstock, Ill.

1920: July 31sth - Watertown Daily Times, Watertown, NY.

Mrs. Alice A. Perkins of 118 Francis street, aged 64 years and George Lewis Ferguson, a carpenter residing at the same address, were married at 3 this afternoon at Bethany Methodist Episcopal church, by Rev. Walter G. Wilmshurst, D. D., Pastor of the church. Mrs. Perkins is the widow of Josiah D. Perkins, well known in this city. Mr. Perkins died several years ago. Mr. Ferguson is also 64 years of age. He is a carpenter by trade and has until recently been residing near Brownville. He has been married before, his first wife having died a number of years ago.
