CHARLES R. PERKINS
Charles R. Perkins b.1830 Erie, PA. (1850 census shows b. OHIO). Son of (John & Hannah (Russell) Perkins). He is listed on the 1850 Census in the household of John Locke Butterfield and worked there as a "Farm Hand". He m. 1851 to HARRIET (DUBOIS). He served in the Civil War and was wounded at the Battle of Spottsylvania Courthouse (1864) and died 10 days later at a Washington,  D.C. Hospital. He is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.

2. John Crego Perkins b.9.9.1861 MI m. Amanda Rowland

WILLIAM H. PERKINS
William H. Perkins b.1827 Susquehanna, PA. Son of (John & Hannah (Russell) Perkins).. His 1st. wife PHILINDA (KNAPP). His 2nd. wife MARY E. (HICE). He is listed on the 1850 MI Census at Napoleon, Jackson Co., MI where he resided with is sister Rowena (Perkins) Purchase.

His known children with 1st wife:

1. Charles Nelson Perkins b.1853 MI

His known children with 2nd. wife:

1. Edith Perkins b.1869 MI
2. Roy D. Perkins b.1874 MI
3. Eldyn Perkins b.1880 MI
4. Ena Perkins b.1883 MI
