He was listed on the 1860-1870 Census at Newark, Rock Co., WI. They removed from WI to Springfield, Bon Homme Co., South Dakota where they are both buried.

His known children w/Clarissa were:

Elias W. Perkins b.1848 NY d.1930 Fresno, CA. Son of (Chandler & Elizabeth (Caswell) Perkins). His wife ELIZA (MILLS). In 1880 they were listed at Cook, Sac Co., IA living with his father. He removed from New York to Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., WI. By 1900 they were listed at Cook, Sac Co., IA. By 1910 this couple removed to Seiling, Dewey Co., Oklahoma and then to California. Burial at Bakersfield, CA.
