In the Matter of the estate of Hiram Perkins

On reading and filing the petition of Ebenezer Watson administrator of said deceased representing among other things, that he has fully administered said estate and praying that a time and place be fixed for examining his account of his administration - it is order that said account be examined by the Judge of this court on Monday, the 28th day of December, inst., at one o'clock pm at the court house in the village of Baraboo in said county.
   And it is further ordered that notice thereof be given to all persons interested by publishing a copy of this order for three successful weeks prior to said day of examination in the Reedsburg Herald, a weekly newspaper published at Reedsburg in said county.
