Friend W. Perkins, brother of City Councilman, William H. Perkins, died suddenly last night in the Masonic home in Utica, NY. He was 73 years of age. For 10 years he was superintendent of streets in Newburgh, NY and had served several terms as water commissioner.

The will of (Miss) Hannah M. Perkins, who died at Montgomery, May 23rd, was submitted to the probate court. The executrix is Anna Bess Sears, and the estate is estimated at $7,500. A brother William N. Perkins will receive $1,000.    __________________
