ELSIE PERKINS
Else Perkins b. 1800 Canada.  She was listed on the 1860 WI Census at Fond Du Lac, Fond Du Lac Co., WI in the household of A. Morrison. This family came to Fond Du Lac Co., WI in 1856.


Her known children were:

1.Betsey Perkins b.1824 Canada
2.Stephen Perkins b.1826 Canada
3.Harriet Perkins b.1828 Canada m. J. W. Colman
4.Alexander T. Perkins b.1839 Canada or Delta (Lake?) Mills, Jefferson Co., NY

ALEXANDER T. PERKINS
Alexander T. Perkins b. 1839 (Canada) or Delta (Lake ?) Mills, Jefferson Co., NY. Son of (Unknown & Elsa (Unknown) Perkins). They were listed on the 1850 Census at Rutland, Jefferson Co., NY Census. They removed to Wisconsin and were listed on the 1860 WI Census at Fond du Lac, Fond du Lac Co., WI in the household of A. Morrison. His mother and sister Betsey Perkins b.1829 Canada also resided in this same household. His 1st wife LIZZIE (DEWROSE) d. 1864, his 2nd wife m. 10.15.1868 JEMIMA "JANE" (LEWIS).

His known child w/ 1st wife.

DAVID PERKINS
David Perkins b.1805 VT d.1876 Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., WI. He was listed on the 1860 WI Census at Rosendale, Fond Du Lac Co., WI with his wife OLIVE H. (Unknown) HADLEY  b.1797 Worcester, N.Y. d.1876 Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., WI. She was the  widow of John Hadley b. MA who died in the woods in Otsego Co., NY. Around 1840/1841, this family resided at Crown Point, Essex Co., NY where David Perkins step-daughter, Malvina Hadley b.1824 Otsego, Co., NY married Philetus Sawyer in 1841. Philetus Sawyer later became a Senator in Wisconsin and Mayer of Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., Wisconsin.

Their known child was:

1.Edwin R. Perkins b.1831 VT or Otsego Co., NY

Edwin R. Perkins b.1831 VT or Otsego Co., NY  d.1903 WI. Son of (David & Olive (unknown) Hadley - Perkins). He was listed on the 1860 WI Census at Rosendale, Fond Du Lac Co., WI with his wife SARAH E. (ADAMS) b.1839 N.Y.

Their known children were:

Dulancey/Delancey Perkins b.1810 N.Y. They were listed on the 1850-1855 Census at Cazenovia, Madison Co., MI. They removed to Wisconsin and were listed on the 1860 WI Census at Fond Du Lac, Fond Du Lac Co., WI with his wife LAURA (Unknown) b.1827 N.Y.

Their known child was:

3. Zyletta/Zulette Perkins b.1848 NY

ELIAB PERKINS
Eliab Perkins b.1819 N.Y. d. 1898 Escanaba, Delta Co., MI.  Son of (Eliab & Permelia (Merrick) Perkins).  His wife JANE Elizabeth (WALLACE) b.1825 Litchfield, NY,  d. 1899 Escanaba, Delta Co., MI. (Dau. of Wm. Johnson & Mary (Carpender) Wallace). They were listed on the 1860 WI Census at Fond Du Lac, Fond Du Lac Co., WI. In 1848 he operated a tin shop and in 1864 began the manufacture of the "North Pole" refrigerator. He also invented a fire-proof shutter. This couple is buried at the Rienzi Cemetery Fond Du Lac, WI.

Hon. George Perkins b. 5.8.1820 Montrose, Susquehanna Co., PA. Son of (Francis & Rebecca Childs (Sherman) Perkins). He moved to Ripon, Fond Du Lac Co., WI in 1854. He was listed on the 1850 Census at Nescopeck, Luzerne Co., PA and on the 1860 WI Census at Ripon, Fond Du Lac Co., WI with his 1st. wife m. CT;  ABIGAIL "ABBIE" (PERKINS) b.1835 CT {dau. of (Stephen & Elizabeth (Smith) Perkins) of Gale's Ferry, CT & Brandon, Fond Du Lac Co., WI}. He is also recorded on the 1860 Census with his Father, step-mother, brother & wife and sister at Hammonds Ville, Jefferson Co., OH He m. 2nd. 1870 at Windham, CT, ADALINE\EMILINE (LARRABEE).

His known children w/1st wife were:

Stephen Perkins(6) b.1789 Groton, CT d. 7.4.1877 WI. Son of (Jacob(5) & Amy (Baily) Perkins )[Ebenezer(4), Luke(3), Quartermaster John(2), John(1)]. In 1855 they removed to from Ledyard, CT to Fond Du Lac Co., Wisconsin. He was listed on the 1860 WI Census at Metomen, Fond Du Lac Co., WI with his wife MARGARET "ELIZA" (SMITH) b.1799 Ledyard, CT d.1877 WI. They were living in the household of their son-in-law Ralph Arthur. He died at Brandon, Fond Du Lac Co., WI. Buried Brandon Cemetery, Brandon, WI.
