    He was the first settler at Lyons, 
    Walworth Co., WI (1836/1837). They were listed on the
    1840 WI Census at Geneva, Walworth Co., WI. On the 1850 WI Census at  Hudson, Walworth Co., WI. 
    In 1855 at Willow/Cazenovia, Richland Co., WI.  In 1860 at Westford,
    Richland Co., WI. He had the first settlement in the town of Westford. In 
    1865 he removed to Laclede Co., MO. He is buried in the Honey Creek 
    Cemetery, Walworth Co., WI. He made his first land purchase in Wisconsin on 
    3/25/1841 at Walworth Co., WI. In 1870 they are listed at Hooker,  
    Laclede Co., MO. Their known children were: 1. William 
    A. Perkins b.7.7.1833 
    Madison Co., NY2. George W. Perkins b.1834 NY
