JOHN DYER PERKINS
John Dyer Perkins b.1808\1810 Norwich, CT d.1851 Baraboo, WI. A son of (Dyer & Charlotte S. (Woodbridge) Perkins).  His wife LUCY (FORSYTH)  b. 11.25.1812 Holly, Orleans Co., NY d. 4.26.1896 Sioux City, IA. They were listed on the 1850 WI Census at Adams, Sauk Co., WI. Lucy Perkins was listed on the 1860 Census at Baraboo, Sauk Co., WI Census.

Their known children were:

JOSHUA PERKINS
Joshua Perkins b.1818 Coos Co., NH d.1895 WI. Son of (Nathaniel b.1778 d.1843 NH & Dorothy (Unknown) Perkins  originally from Concord/Lisbon, Grafton Co., NH to Indian Stream (now Pittsburg), Coos Co., NH). His wife HARRIET (HALL). They were listed on the 1850 and 1860 WI Census at Prairie Du Sac, Sauk Co., WI. He made his first land purchase in Wisconsin on 2/10/1848 at Sauk Co., WI

Their known children were:

HIRAM PERKINS
Hiram Perkins b.1812 NH d.7.8.1853 WI. Son of (Nathaniel b.1778 d.1843 NH & Dorothy (Unknown) Perkins , originally from Concord/Lisbon, Grafton Co., NH to Indian Stream (now Pittsburg), Coos Co., NH). His wife ELIZABETH TWORMBLEY (DRAWN\DROWN)  b.1817 VT. They were listed on the 1850 WI census at Prairie Du Sac, Sauk Co., WI. He made his first land purchase in Wisconsin on 8/1/1849 at Sauk Co., WI. His mother Dorothy Perkins made her first land purchase in Wisconsin on 2/10/1840 at Sauk Co., WI.

Their known children were:

1. Augustus Loring Perkins/Loring Augustus Perkins b.1835-1839 NH
2. Stephen D. Perkins b.5.4.1842 NH m. 1st. Addie Haynes, 2nd. Mabel Randle  *Lived in WI, IA, MN"

NATHANIEL PERKINS JR.
Nathaniel Perkins Jr. b.1810/1811 NH d.1893 Sauk Co., WI. Son of (Nathaniel  b.1778 d.1843 NH & Dorothy (Unknown) Perkins  originally from Concord/Lisbon, Grafton Co., NH to Indian Stream (now Pittsburg), Coos Co., NH).  He and his wife REBECCA (Unknown). They were listed on the 1850 & 1860 WI Census at Prairie Du Sac, Sauk Co., WI. He made his first land purchase in Wisconsin on 2/10/1848 at Salk Co., WI. His mother Dorothy Perkins (listed below) made her first land purchase in Wisconsin on 2/10/1840 at Sauk Co., WI.

Their known children were:

1. Edwin C. Perkins b.1840 VT

1850: Dorothy Perkins age. 68 (b.1782) NH also resided in their household.
1860: Dorothy Perkins
b.1781 NH. was listed at Prairie Du Sac, Sauk Co., WI in the household of Mahala "Amy" Bunnell.
1860:
This family lived next door to his nephew Augustus Loring \ Loring Augustus Perkins b.1839 NH

ALMOND PERKINS
Almond Perkins b.1827 PA. He is listed on the 1850 Census at St. Croix Falls, St. Croix/Polk Co., WI.

HAMLET HOUGHTON PERKINS
Hamlet Houghton Perkins b.1808 NH. Son of (Roger Eliot(4) & Esther (Blanchard) Perkins) son of [Timothy(3,2,1), Rev. William (1) of Topsfield, MA].  He and his wife MARGARET A. (Unknown) were listed on the 1850 WI Census at St. Croix Falls, St. Croix/Polk Co., WI. He came to Wisconsin from Como, Whiteside Co., IL. In the winter-spring of 1850/1851, Hamlet Perkins was drowned at the falls. He was engaged in repairing the dam and lost his foothold and fell through the ice. It was two days before his body was recovered. His family left the valley taking the body with them. Mrs. Perkins died at St. Paul, MN in 1873.
