    | Orris Perkins b.1785 MA . d. after 1860 Waushara Co., WI.  His wife 
    AMELIA (PALMER). They came from Ferrisburgh, 
    Addison Co., Vermont to 
    Portland, Chautauqua Co., NY in 1817 and were missed on the 1820 Census. They were listed on the 1830 NY Census 
    at Portland, Chautauqua Co., NY where he owned a saw mill near the mouth of 
    Dunham's Creek. In 1832 this family removed to Crawford Co., PA. By 1850 
    they are listed with their son John 
    Palmer Perkins at 
    Waushara Co., Wisconsin, where Orris Perkins died. Mrs. Perkins returned to Portland, 
    Chautauqua Co., NY where she died. 
 Their known children were:
