listed on the 1840 State Pensioners List and living in the household of
Orson Hayward at New Lebanon, Columbia Co., NY. Their known child was:

*In the NY Probate records (sourced below) a statement was given by Edward
Hayward, the administrator of the estate of Eliab Perkins in 1843, that
Eliab Perkins had no living wife, mother, father nor children but, that he
did have at least two grandchildren, children of his deceased son Russel
Perkins who did not have a general guardian, and that there may be
some family members by the surname of Perkins living in Chenango Co., NY
where they formerly lived.
