        VT. In 1813 he settled at Range 8, lots 1 & 2 where he built a saw-mill. 
        In 1820 they were listed at Plainfield, 
        Washington Co., VT.  He is listed on the 1850 Census at Plainfield, Washington Co., 
        VT and on the 1860 & 1870 Census at Topsham, Orange Co., VT in the household of 
        his son Amherst Perkins.
